Information about the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and complaints.
Returns and right of withdrawal
When shopping at a distance, you have the right to notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person appointed by you, received the product.
After notifying us, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. You are responsible for packaging the return securely.
Condition of the product
You may inspect the strap in the same way as you normally could in a physical shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s characteristics and function - such as fitting it to the watch and wearing it - may result in a deduction corresponding to the actual reduction in value.
Please therefore return the product with its original packaging. Removed protective film, detached labels, scratches or other signs of use may affect the product’s value, but do not automatically cancel the right of withdrawal.

Contact us
Tell us that you wish to make a return and provide your name, email address and order number.

We will respond with return instructions and the current return address.

Send the product
Package the product securely and retain the postage receipt and tracking number until the return has been completed.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer normally pays the return shipping cost. Do not send returns by cash on delivery or without contacting us first.

When you exercise the right of withdrawal, we refund the amount covered by the return, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.
The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product or you have provided evidence that it has been returned.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise. Processing times at the bank or payment provider may affect when the amount appears in your account.
Possible reduction in value
If the product has been handled more than necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made. The deduction is assessed individually and may not exceed the product’s actual reduction in value.
Damaged or faulty product
If the product is damaged, faulty or does not match the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your order number and, if possible, clear photos showing the issue.
Approved complaints are handled at no cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, the solution may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under applicable consumer law.
A complaint is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal. For an approved complaint, WristSwitch covers reasonable and necessary return costs in accordance with our instructions.
