At WristSwitch, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to offer a 5 year warranty on all our watch straps and accessories.

 

What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that occur under normal and intended use. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Defects in materials or construction
  2. Faults that affect functionality during regular everyday use
  3. Issues that arise despite proper handling and care

If a product fails due to any of the above reasons within the warranty period, we will assess the case and offer an appropriate solution.

 

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply to damage or issues caused by circumstances outside normal use. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Intentional damage or misuse
  2. Loss of the product
  3. Damage caused by accidents, drops, or improper installation
  4. Excessive wear beyond normal use
  5. Modifications or repairs performed by a third party

Products that show signs of abnormal use or neglect are not eligible for warranty coverage.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@wristswitch.com.
When reaching out, make sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  1. A replacement product
  2. Compensation
  3. A refund

All warranty claims are handled individually to ensure a fair and transparent process.
