Warranty Policy
At WristSwitch, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to offer a 5-year warranty on all our watch straps and accessories.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur under normal and intended use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Defects in materials or construction.
- Faults that affect functionality during regular daily wear.
- Issues that arise despite proper handling and care.
If a product fails due to any of the reasons above within the warranty period, we will assess the case and provide an appropriate solution.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to damage or issues caused by circumstances outside of normal use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Intentional damage or misuse.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, or incorrect mounting.
- Abnormal wear and tear that exceeds what is considered regular use.
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
Products showing clear signs of abnormal use, abuse, or neglect are not eligible for warranty coverage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@wristswitch.com.
When reaching out, please ensure you include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we have reviewed your case, we will offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Replacement: We will ship a brand-new product to you.
- Compensation: A partial credit or compensation.
- Refund: A full or partial refund (please note that all refunds are processed in Euros, €).
All warranty claims are handled on an individual basis to ensure a fair, fast, and transparent process for you as our customer.
