At WristSwitch, we are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent return policy that respects your rights as a customer and fully complies with EU consumer protection legislation.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your product, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

For a return or exchange to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, brand-new condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not show any signs of mounting, wear, or use.
  • All accessories and included parts must be returned with the item.

Please note: If a returned item shows clear signs of use or damage, we will not be able to approve the refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges if you prefer a different color or size.

  • To request an exchange, please email us at contact@wristswitch.com.
  • Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will ship your new product at no extra cost.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Restocking Fee: WristSwitch charges  in restocking or administrative fees. Our returns are entirely free of hidden costs.
  • Customer Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our facility in Sweden.
  • Defective Products: If a product is faulty or defective, WristSwitch will cover all shipping costs and provide specific instructions for the return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@wristswitch.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply via email with our return address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as WristSwitch is not responsible for packages that are lost during return transit.
  4. Handling: Once your return request is approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the following applies:

  • Approved Returns: Your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Declined Returns: If an item is not approved due to signs of use or damage, it can be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
