The Return Period

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the day you receive your package to decide if the product is right for you. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this 14-day window.

 

Product Condition Requirements

We maintain high standards for our inventory. To be accepted for a return due to a change of mind, the watch strap must be in its original, brand-new condition. It should be unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear or have been installed on a timepiece.

Please include a note with your order number or a copy of your packing slip inside the package so our warehouse team can immediately identify your return and process your refund.

Shipping and Responsibility

The responsibility for return shipping depends on the nature of the return. If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect style, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In these instances, the safety of the return shipment is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival.

 

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, WristSwitch will take full responsibility. Please contact our support team at contact@wristswitch.com before sending the item back, so we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund without any additional expense to you.

 

Fees and Processing

We believe in fair commerce, which is why we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

 

Returned Items Not Meeting Requirements

Should we receive a returned item that has been used, worn, or is otherwise not in its original condition, we will contact you to discuss the situation. In such cases, the refund will be denied, and you will have the opportunity to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.
