At WristSwitch, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return option under the conditions outlined below.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

• The product must be in new and unused condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• The product must show no signs of wear, use, or installation

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for return.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at contact@wristswitch.com within the 14 day return window.
Please include your order number and a short explanation of your request.

If your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation along with further instructions. Once approved, you will have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

 

Return shipping responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the returned product arrives in perfect condition. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. WristSwitch is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Inspection and refund process

Once we receive the returned product, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets all return conditions.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the return is not approved, no refund will be issued and the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
